CANCELLATION POLICY
At Carolina School of Esthetics, we value your time and the time of our students and instructors. To ensure fairness and availability for all guests, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below. Appointment Cancellations We require 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment. Services may be shortened to accommodate the schedule, but full-service fees may still apply. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice may be charged a no-show fee. Repeat no-shows may require a deposit to book future services. Deposits Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits will be applied toward the total service cost. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our goal is to provide quality services in a professional and timely manner for every guest.
